A limited liability company is considered a type of commercial company stipulated in the Algerian commercial law that is suitable for small, medium and even family enterprises.

It also contributes to the development of the national economy by investing in the capital collected by the partners.

Therefore, the Algerian legislator, like the rest of the comparative legislation, was keen to tighten control over its activities and actions, whether carried out by the association of partners in it or by the auditor, so as not to deviate from the desired objectives behind establishing this type of company.
