In Algerian law, it is a principle of public order that after the divorce pronounced judicially, the spouses becoming foreign to each other, can freely, after conclusion of a second marriage, resume married life.

However, this freedom is sometimes limited to prevent the multiplicity of divorces-repudiations.

This means that our family law sets up a legal barrier to the husband successively repudiating his wife.

This is the case with the triple divorce where remarriage of the divorced woman with her ex-husband becomes prohibited.

This is a temporary prohibition, or even an impediment to temporary marriage because this prohibition can be lifted by the conclusion of a liberating intermediate marriage, but provided that its clauses are met, failing this it will be considered null
