In this study, a spotlight was highlighted on one of the strategic approaches that small and medium enterprises can adopt in the midst of the rapid transformations taking place in the world today that are taking shape in the phenomenon of globalization.

The descriptive approach has been used to highlight the concept of small and medium enterprises, strategic alliances as a strategic alternative, as well as Reasons for the use of small and medium enterprises to the strategy of strategic alliances.

Cette étude met en exergue l’un des aspects stratégiques que les PME peuvent adopter au milieu des transitions accélérées que connait, actuellement, le monde, qui prennent forme dans le phénomène de la mondialisation.
