إن رغبة الجزائر في زيادة التكامل مع المجتمع الاقتصادي العالمي أدى بها إلي بدل جهود نحو تبني مفهوم حوكمة المؤسسات حيث عملت علي تحسين مناخ الأعمال بها و انفتاح اقتصادها.
فضلا عن قيام الحوكمة بتنفيذ إصلاحات هيكلية و كدا إصدار ميثاق الحكم الراشد سنة 2009 كمسعى يهدف إلي تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على أرض الواقع.
إن تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة يهدف إلي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة فكلاهما يسعي إلي تحسين الأداء و الرفع من مستوى المردودية و كدا ترشيد استعمال الموارد المالية و البشرية و الطبيعية بما يخدم مصالح مختلف الأطراف
Abstract EN
Algeria's willingness to strengthen its integration into the global economic society has led it to make efforts to adopt the concept of corporate governance, so that it has worked to improve the business environment and the openness of its economy, carrying out structural reforms by the government while adopting the Good Governance Convention in 2009 as an approach to practically implement the principles of governance.
0The practice of these principles aims to achieve sustainable development, not only to improve performance and increase the level of profitability, but also to rationalise the use of financial resources, human and natural to serve the interests of the different parties.

La volonté de l'Algérie de renforcer son intégration dans la société économique mondiale l'a conduit à déployer des efforts afin d'adopter le concept de la gouvernance des entreprises, de sorte qu'elle a travaillé à améliorer l'environnement des affaires et l'ouverture de son économie, exécutant ainsi des réformes structurelles par le gouvernement tout en adoptant la convention de la bonne gouvernance en 2009 comme démarche dans le but de mettre pratiquement en œuvre les principes de la gouvernance.
La pratique de ces principes vise à réaliser un développement durable, afin non seulement d'améliorer la performance et augmenter le niveau de la rentabilité, mais également rationaliser l'utilisation des ressources financières, humaines et naturelles pour servir les intérêts des différentes parties.
