The Banking Commission is an essential body defined by the Algerian economic system by virtue of Law No.

90-10 of 14 April 1990, having regard to the powers conferred on it with regard to the role that it should play in the field banking stability.

As a result, it is an independent administrative authority taking into account a set of data; it is set up to fill a gap in the framing of the economic sec-tor, thus acting as a mediator between the admin-istration and the judiciary, without taking the form of one of them.

La Commission bancaire est un organe essen-tiel défini par le système économique algérien en vertu de la loi n ° 90-10 du 14 avril 1990, eu égard aux pouvoirs qui lui sont conférés en ce qui con-cerne le rôle qu'elle devrait jouer dans le domaine de la stabilité bancaire.

De ce fait, elle est donc une autorité administrative indépendante compte tenu d'un ensemble de don-nées; elle est mise en place pour combler une in-suffisance dans le cadrage du secteur économique, en jouant ainsi le rôle de médiateur entre l'administration et le pouvoir judiciaire, sans prendre la forme de l'un d'eux.
