تتطلب المحافظة على البيئة تدخل السلطات العامة و دلك عن طريق اتخاد مجموعة من التدابير القانونية الأساسية من خلال سن قوانين ردعية تعمل على توفير الحماية اللازمة لها على رأسها القانون الجنائي.
و تتجلى هده الحماية في عدة قوانين اهمها القانون رقم 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة القوانين المتعلقة بحماية الساحل المساحات الخضراء الوسط المائي تلك المنطمة للصيد و الصيد البحري أو المتعلقة بتسيير النفايات و كدا قانون العقوبات
Abstract EN
The protection of the environmental value requires increased attention from the public authorities through the implementation of solid legislation, in-cluding criminal law.
This protection is mainly found in the law n° 03-10 relative to the protection of the environmentin the context ofsustainable develop-ment, the laws of protection of the littoral, the green spaces, the aquatic environment, those reg-ulating the hunting and the fishing or the elimina-tion of the waste but obviously also in the criminal law.

La protection de la valeur environnementale né-cessité une attention accrue de la part des pou-voirs publics à travers la mise en place d'une légi-slation solide, notamment pénale.
Cette protection se retrouve principalement dans la loi n° 03-10 re-lative à la protection de l'environnement dans le cadre du développement durable, les lois de pro-tection du littoral, des espaces verts, du milieu aquatique, celles, règlementant la chasse et la pêche ou l'élimination des déchets, mais évidemment aussi dans la loi pénale.
