The study aims to know the role that the use of information technology plays in improving and raising the performance of the telecommunications company in Tunisia as one of the most important public facilities that are receiving great and increasing attention, by knowing the nature of the relationship that binds both information and communications technology as a public facility and that constitute the focus of the study for this topic, And try to identify the most important rules and programs used and the extent of interest in them by public bodies and train workers on them to improve the level of company performance and to improve it.
