يعالج المقال واقع و أفاق التنمية الصحية بالجزائر في النظام الصحي الجزائري الذي يعتبر الهيكل القائم بالتكفل بالاحتياجات الصحية و الطبية للمجتمع وذلك بكل الوسائل البشرية و المادية و المالية و كل أنواع المرافق و الأجهزة الطبية و التمريضية.
في أول المطاف قامت الباحثة بتعريف النظام الصحي من الناحية النظرية لتعتبر أن الدولة هي المسؤولة الأولى على تحديد السياسة الصحية و القواعد العامة للنظام الصحي.
في الأخير توصل البحث إلى أن كل الأنشطة التي تتعلق بحماية و تعزيز الصحة تستوجب معايير الكفاءة للتكييف مع الواقع الاجتماعي و الصحي في المجتمع.
Abstract EN
This article deals with the reality and prospects of health development in Algeria in the Algerian health system, which is the existing structure to ensure the health and medical needs of society, by all human, material and financial means and all kinds of medical and nursing facilities.
At first, the researcher defined the health system in theory to consider that the state is the first responsible for determining the health policy and general rules of the health system.
Finally, the research found that all activities related to protecting and promoting health require competency standards to adapt to the social and health realities in society.
