The strategic alignment of information technologies intervenes to match information technology (IT) policy with the business and corporate strategy.
Given the importance of strategic alignment, a maturity assessment is needed to define the strategic choices and good practices of alignment, in order to allow the company to know the level of maturity and how can it improve.
Based on Luftman's strategic alignment model, we conducted a field study in the Skikda port company and concluded that the maturity of strategic alignment of IT and trades is limited in the company, which results in the low contribution of IT to the business and strategy, and we made the necessary recommendations for improving the level of maturity within the company.

L'alignement stratégique des technologies d'information intervient pour faire correspondre la politique des technologies d'information (TI) avec les métiers et la stratégie de l'entreprise.
Vu l'importance de l'alignement stratégique, une évaluation de maturité, de ce dernier, est nécessaire pour définir ces choix stratégiques et les bonnes pratiques de l'alignement, afin de permettre à l'entreprise de voir dans quel niveau de maturité se trouve et comment peut-elle s'améliorer.
Sur la base du modèle d'alignement stratégique du Luftman, nous avons conduit une étude de terrain dans l'entreprise portuaire de Skikda et nous avons conclu que la maturité d'alignement stratégique des TI et des métiers est limitée dans l'entreprise, ce qui se traduit par la faible contribution des TI par rapport aux métiers et la stratégie, et nous avons formulé les recommandations nécessaires pour l'amélioration du niveau de maturité au sein de l'entreprise.
