Abstract EN

This study aimed to define and identify network marketing and remove some ambiguity upon this subject by exposing its general concepts, and by taking the forever living products company as a case study, since it is considered an the leading company on this field in the Algerian market.

Both survey and interview was used in this study as data collecting tools.

Results showed that the network marketing was applied by its theoretical rules by the previous company, and most of it's employees think that network marketing is more effective than the traditional one.
