Abstract EN

This research deals with the subject of creative leadership in the Ministry of Interior in view of the increasing interest in it both at the international and local levels.

The research attempts to study the role of creative leadership in developing career development and its contribution to enhancing belonging and creating an organizational environment that reflects positively on the ministry.

To shed light on the reality of creative leadership in the Palestinian Ministry of Interior - Gaza Strip, as a result of the challenges facing the Palestinian reality in general and the Ministry of the Interior in particular and identify the requirements of creative leadership and how to promote and improve the work in the ministry as an input to The research concluded that the culture of development and continuous improvement should be developed through the existence of a clear leadership of the existing reality so that the ministry can play its main role, namely, to provide a distinguished service to the public in which it can maintain security and social peace according to the plans and programs drawn up.
