The current research aims to know the relationship between the ethical values of teaching at the university professor as perceived by students female teachers in the Department of Special Education and their professional ethical competencies.

To achieve this goal, the study was conducted on a sample of (113) female students from the Department of Special Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and after applying the scales (all of them are prepared by the researcher), the results have resulted in a positive correlation statistically significant at the level of 0.01 significance between the ethical values of teaching at the university professor as perceived by the Students female teachers and their professional ethical competencies, with the exception that there is no statistically significant relationship between the value of good example The role model for ethical values of teaching at the university professor and each of the following is the moral qualities of female teachers and After the Students female teachers and their schoolmates relate to their professional ethical competencies scale; There is no statistically significant effect of the academic specialization of Students female teachers on both their awareness of the ethical values of teaching at the university professor and their acquisition of professional ethical competencies; While there were statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.01 in each of the two variables due to satisfaction with the decision; The results also indicated the rise in the level of ethical values of teaching and the high level of professional ethical competencies.
