- This research is deals with: "Women's work and the effect of its condition on marriage - a jurisprudential study.

In view of the changing norms, and the innate people's care to ensure for their comfortable living future in which they find all needs, and families are kept through it, it was one of the contemporary events in these recent years, conditions that stipulate the marriage contract or before it, in which each of the contractors cares to preserve their rights.

Among the most prominent and visible: the demands of woman for anyone who asked her for marriage not to depriveher right to work.

So this research came to shed light on the jurisprudential provisions related to the work of women, and the effect of its condition on marriage
