based on giving the state's basic projects and infrastructure projects to spicial direction who is committed to this the establishment of the project, and his administration then exploited, for profits, is also committed to turn the project to the state with the end of the term of the contract, and the contract of the (BOT) formula of the leading financing formulas in the present time.

this study tried to compare between these financing formula and the formula "HAKR", wich devised by Islamic economic thought, to finance investment endowments which fell proceeds and ruined their origin, which are based on the delivery of land endowment, who wanted to invertisment in period of time, this endowment deu to endowment direction.

The study concluded that the possibility of benefiting from the "build-operate-transfer" (BOT) contract to develop the Islamic formula "HAKR" according to the legitimacy of controls, in order to Waqf Propertie Building.
