The successive progress in recent years in the field of information and communication using electronic means has led to a radical transformation in the lifestyle in general and legal life in particular, as its effect is noticed in the manner and method of concluding contracts, as there has been a proliferation of contracts using electronic means.

As a result, the need arose to properly organize modern legislation, especially for electronic transactions, which are unique to a set of peculiarities compared to traditional legal transactions, in addition to the fact that the general theory of the contract may not be sufficient to address some of the problems created by the widespread use of technological means in contracting
