English Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify (the dimensions of hypothetical learning in Iraqi secondary and higher education).

Virtual learning is defined as electronic learning that relies on modern information and communication technologies, especially the international information network.

The educational process is done remotely and completely away from traditional methods.

It is real and real, characterized by the apparent lack of benefit for traditional education from university campuses, buildings, etc.

for adopting digital systems.

The researchers used an open questionnaire to identify the dimensions of hypothetical learning, and selected random samples, which were presented with the questionnaire, after verifying the accuracy and reliability of the questionnaire.

Using weighted mean and percentage weight as statistical means, the researcher reached the following results: 1- Many dimensions of virtual learning are not applied in secondary and university education.2- Educational institutions need many material and moral requirements to complete the use of virtual learning dimensions.3- Many professors expressed their willingness to apply virtual learning, provided that they are appropriately trained.

The researchers came out with a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals that fit the requirements of the current research.
