English Abstract

Death is one of the great catastrophes and the fate of God for every creature When it comes from many of its traces and legal rulings, especially in terms of condolences to women, and because of the lack of basic customs and ignorant acts in widespread Islamic law, Therefore, we have collected all the terms that are available to us, hoping to understand the facts and special adjudications of the subject through three topics, the first of which concerns the definition of condolences and the adjudication of the family.

The deceased, the second topic is the committee on comfort women, food production and Mingling between men and women, and the last topic is the rules on mourning and visiting the graves and the rules related to them.
