إن الجزائر من بين الدول التي تسعى إلى الانضمام إلى المنظمة العالمية للتجارة و هي بصدد إجراء المفاوضات مع الدول الأعضاء التي تفرض مجموعة من الالتزامات أهمها موائمة التشريعات الداخلية خاصة المتعلقة بالجانب التجاري و الاقتصادي مع اتفاقيات المنظمة خاصة الاتفاق المتعلق بتجارة السلع و الخدمات و كذلك اتفاقية حقوق الملكية الفكرية وكل ذلك من أجل دمج الاقتصاد الوطني في النظام الاقتصادي و التجاري العالمي.
Abstract EN
Algeria is one of countries still negotiating for accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), greater political will and a better macro-economic framework are now present to promote the accession of Algeria to the largest international organization that organizes the rules governing trade in the world.
To join, Algeria must offer an entry ticket for tariff consolidations and services and adopt intellectual property protection rules; all this is to integrate the national economy into the global economic and trade system.

L'Algérie fait partie des pays qui sont encore en négociation pour leur accession à l'organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC), une plus grande volonté politique et un meilleur cadre macro-économique sont aujourd'hui présents pour favoriser l'accession de l'Algérie à la plus grande organisation internationale qui organise les règles régissant le commerce dans le monde.
Pour y adhérer, l'Algérie doit offrir un ticket d'entrée en matière de consolidations tarifaires et de services et adopter les règles de protection en matière de propriété intellectuelle, Tout cela pour intégrer l'économie nationale dans le système économique et commercial mondial.
