English Abstract

The world is witnessing accelerating changes to a form that makes it possible to stand up to all these changes and study them and develop appropriate solutions and treatments for them, for what serves the Arab Gulf states in general and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council in particular, and among these important variables is the Chinese Silk Road Strategy, of which the pearl contract is one of its components The task, as this contract, which is represented by ports, harbors, straits, airports and important markets, is one of the basic building blocks in these strategies that China put forward to restore the glories of the Chinese empire that flourished in the past relying on the historical silk road that started China through Central Asia and the Iran and the land of black up to the Mediterranean and then to Europe, or through Turkey to Europe, which will enable China, according to China's international vision to re-balance the international system and regained the bi-polar.

The pearl contract has a lot of repercussions on the areas this large and important project will pass through, and among these regions is the Gulf Cooperation Council countries that will benefit a lot from this project if they can cohesion among themselves and overcome differences and create a state of balance in their geopolitical relations between the United States of America and China And it will have many negative repercussions if the United States of America and the forces revolving around its orbit are able to find gaps in the intra-GCC relations, or if they are unable to find a balance in their relations with both the United States and Syria.

Proceeding from all of this, this research came to define the paths of the Chinese pearl contract, identify the positive and negative aspects of this strategy for the forgotten countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and explain the importance of the passage of the pearl contract in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to China, and demonstrate its importance for the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
