Abstract EN
This article deals with issue of working woman as it is considered as the half of society, this article also spots the light on the effect of this issue on the society as a whole, many psychologists agree that woman’s selfe determination and her feeling of existence are some of the most important purposes that woman seek to attain by her looking for work as one woman says: “despite having great deal of problems, I will always go out the nexte day to see people where I feel valuable and I will surely have a good place in society.” At the same time the woman contributes in providing family needs and of course raising its revenues and ensuring a luxurious life, although working woman may provide a lot of benefits, it is impossible to ignore all kinds of pressures and the problems that threaten her stability at home, at work, and even at the level of her psychology.
