In this article we will try to treat the reality of new towns, and see the compatibility between the strategies and the planning and implementation of development in the different parts of the country, in order to achieve wellness urban center of life and improve the living standards of citizens in the context of sustainable urban development.

In the face of this urban diffusion of this towns, as strategy of urban growth in Algeria, where the biggest concern and significant financial and strategic grants huge development, but that is it related to the implementation on the ground to confront the different problems of the modern Algerian city.
