تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد اثر التحرير التجاري و التغير التقني الناجم عنه على مستوى التشغيل في دول المغرب العربي خلال الفترة 1990 و 2015 باستخدام نماذج بانل (السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية) و إختبار التكامل المشترك وقد خلصت نتائج تقدير دالة الطلب على اليد العاملة إلى وجود تأثير سلبي للتحرير التجاري المعبر عنه بأجمالي الواردات على الطلب على اليد العاملة في حين كان للتقدم التكنولوجي الناجم عنه أثر ايجابي.
كما أثبتت نتائج اختبار التكامل المشترك وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين التحرير التجاري و المستوى التقني مع الطلب الإجمالي على اليد العاملة في دول المغرب العربي
Abstract EN
This study aims to determinate the effect of the trade liberalization and the technological change which results from this on employment in the Arab Maghreb countries during the period 1990 and 2015, wherefore, we used methods of panel models (longitudinal time series) and the test of cointegration.
The results of estimate of labor demand equation show that the trade liberalization expressed by total imports has a negative effect on labor demand, while the technological change that results from this has a positive impact.
The results of the test of cointegration proved the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between trade liberalization, technological change and labor demand in Arabic Maghreb countries.

Cette étude est dans le but de determiner l'éffet de la libéralisation commerciale et le changement téchnologique qui se produit sur le niveau de l'emploi dans les pays du Maghreb Arab au cours de la période 1990 – 2015 en utilisant les methods du panel et la cointégration.
Les résultats de l'éstimation de l'équation de le damande de la main-d'œuvre montrent qu'il y'a un effet négatif de la liberalisation commerciale sur la demande de la main-d'œuvre, tandis que le progré technologique a un effet positif.
Le résultat de la cointégration prouve qu'il y'a une relation à long terme entre la libéralisation commerciale, le changement technomogique et la demande de la main-d'œuvre dans les pays Maghrébines.
