تتناول هذه الدراسة بعض الجوانب المهمة من تاريخ العلاقات الإيرانية – العراقية أثناء العصر الحديث من خلال تسليط الضوء على تدخل الحكومات الإيرانية المتعاقبة على السلطة في الشؤون الداخلية للعراق بما يعكس أهمية العراق الإستراتيجية على أكثر من صعيد مع تقديم قراءة واضحة في معاهدة أرضروم الأولى بين إيران و الدولة العثمانية
Abstract EN
This study addresses significant aspects of Iranian-Iraqi historical relations during the modern era.
Accordingly, the armed interference of successive Iranian governments in Iraq's internal affairs is highlighted, reflecting Iraq's strategic importance on multiple levels, besides providing an accurate analysis of the First Treaty between Iran and the Ottoman State.
