The content of this article deals with aspects of general lyautey strategy in southwestern Algeria, in wich be pursued the objectives of the third republic of France, which is based on the continued escpansion and full occupation of the university of Algiers, and non – military methods, and the application of calm and control in order to attract the population of the region and then subdue and kill the spirit of resistance with least force possible.
