The research aims at realizing the effect of aerobic and anaerobic training programme on the individual lessons touches outcome of the epee players, the researcher used tracking empirical methodology of the before-after and interfacial measurements for its suitability to the research kind, the research sample is chosen by the intentional way of the epee players under 17 years registered in the military sports foundation in Haikstep for the sporting season 2017- 2018 the sample size reached 15 players, the result of study led to improving aerial and anaerobic work and improving the individual lessons touches outcome of the epee players within the reasearch as well.
