Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the nature of the attitudes of Jordanian university students towards the treatment of human rights web sites for human rights issues ,to explore the most human rights issues dealt with by these sites from the perspective of students and to identify students motivation to use these sites and their attitudes towards this treatment compared to traditional media.

The study is included in descriptive research through the use of the survey methodology ,The purposive sample wastaken from four universities( Yarmouk ,Science and Technology ,such as two public universities , Jadara and Zarqa as two private universities .)The method of equal distribution was adopted according to several variables ,and the total number of items in the sample was.)416( The results of the study showed that the acquisition of the sites of(Saraya News ,Agent News ,Amon News Agency ,Al-Ghad site ,Zad Jordan website ,Al-Raa'i website and Khabrni site )on advanced rankings compared to other Jordanian news websites.

The results of the study showed that the issues of" defending the human right to life ,liberty and security " and" non-treatment of human beings in an inappropriate and inhuman way "were ranked first by )%18.8( each" ,non-discrimination between people because of race ,color ,)%17.3( ,and" Social Security Right " )%16.8(ranked third in terms of students 'interest in these types of issues.
