Abstract EN

Among the paradoxes that marked the school and university year, the reform of the Algeria education system remains a topical issue training, including the resolution of structural problems,which the Algerian school inspires all the social and human transformations and educational.

Knowing, on the other hand, that Algeria can no longer afford to dedicate education and training because investment is the driving force of a real improvement in the quality of education, because in terms of sectoral reform a comprehensive strategy of upgrading the school and the Algerian university presupposes the introduction within the program schooling, universally established knowledge, the renovation of methods and the adaptation of the aims of the school to social practices.

In this respect, educational philosophies make it possible to face the challenges of formation of minds to renew the modern revolution to transmit thecivic and ethical values that cultivate the ideal of citizenship, and grow the school and the Algerian university proceeded to a radical criticism of the speeches and steps to bring about major socio-economic transformation and cultural heritage, thus the development of methods of knowledge and the training that even to build the knowledge economy because training without quality represented rather handicap in front of the integration of the young people in the plan economic and social, because the academic and educational conditions The advantage to knowledge and knowledge in the educational framework and in our schools and universities.
