Astract: After the release of the algérien révolution ,colonial France was an observation that the forces of order ,the police and the gendarmerie were incapable of taking control of the révolution .the political power entrusted the mission of eradicating the insurrection to the army in order to préserve french algeria,but the military authority has noticed That This révolution is adopted by the people.war of This situation the politicians decided to create the specialized administrative sections inspired by the moroccan experience of the year 1955 Jacques Soustelle and the colonel Parlange presented the idea of testing in the Aurès ,then generalize towards the other regions of algeria.
