Abstract EN

E-commerce is today a vector of growth, productivity and competitiveness, both for the company, the individuals, as well as for the country itself in its general operation.

Its transversal nature impacts all sectors of the economy.

It is also at the origin of the new innovative sectors, and has become a mode of exchange with implications that go far beyond information and communication technologies as we know them.

In this research we tried to analyze the development opportunities of e-Commerce in Algeria.The results of this research show that the handicap of e-commerce in Algeria due to the weakness due to electronic payment and human resources qualify in this area
