The suggestion which the study came with it expresses about development of mechanismofsector tourist in Algeria ,particulary with the country of private sector in its administration , so country gives to some private communities the right of privilege or take avantage which existing to one of necklace law consultation or sharing ,leasing to a long specific periodes, until developement of these communities , the touristic places which gave to her , or of thawing this right and show it for writing in order to assemble money which needed this project after building an imagination about it
