Decision-making with the specialized supervisors, self-consistency of the specialized supervisors, relationship between decision-making and self-consistency among the specialized supervisors, differences in the relationship between decision-making and self-consistency by gender (male, female), differences in the relationship between decision-making and self-consistency according to years of service with the specialized supervisors.

The research sample consisted of (100) male and female supervisors, who were randomly chosen with proportional distribution of (60) males (40) females.

The following results were reached: The supervisors are impulsive to make their decisions and are not hesitant to make them, The professional supervisors enjoy the consistency of the self and all its three dimensions, Independence of impulsive and hesitant decision-making about self-consistency, and there is no relationship between them that explains the interpretation of the other, There is no difference in the nature of the relationship between taking careful decisions and self-consistency, as the gender of the supervisor differs, Meticulous decision-makers are more closely related to the consistency of the self as the years of service increase, and the new professional supervisors at work decrease, and the results did not show real differences between impulsive and hesitant decision-making in the years of service for the specialized supervisors.
