The current research aims to evaluate the content of the chemistry textbook for the scientific / biological fifth grade according to the logical thinking skills, which should be addressed by the content of the chemistry book and to know the extent to which it contains those skills, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, as the research community and his sample were formed from the chemistry book for the class The fifth scientific / biological, seventh edition of 2018, and the research tool was represented in the chemistry content evaluation card according to logical thinking skills, which includes six sub-skills, which are a skill (gathering information, remembering information, generating information, analyzing information, organizing information, evaluating information), The researcher used statistical methods, percentages and repetitions, and the Holste equation to calculate the reliability coefficient, the study reached the following results: The presence of logical thinking skills with varying percentages for logical thinking skills, as follows (the skill of gathering information at 27% , the skill of remembering information by 23% , and the skill of generating Information by 23% , information analysis skill by 14% , information organization skill by 7% , and information evaluation skill by 6% ) in the content of a book Chemistry for the fifth scientific / biological grade, and the study recommended that logical thinking skills should be included in the content of the chemistry curriculum for the secondary stage.
