Traffic accidents have become one of the hardest problems that disrupt the evolution and development of society because of the casualties and economic loss that cause.

Accordingly, it is the most attractive to researcher's attention, in order to find a solution to this problem.

In this communication, we tackled this subject through family which play a fundamental role within the function of education, that we consider as an effective strategy that help the individual to acquire some valuables and cultural manners that determine the kind of traffic behavior desired by both community and law, and which is responsible to keep the individual safe within the urban area, and protect human and economic constituents of society.
