Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to try to follow up on unconventional financing in Algeria since its application in October 2017, by focusing on its concepts and objectives, and identifying the most important reforms that have been taken for its successful implementation.

In addition, we will try to review the most important ideas and opinions (proponent or opposed) that subtract about this type of funding in Algeria; especially in the field of financing the state treasury and its deficit resulted from the financial crisis, resulting from low oil prices.
