فتحت قوانين ما بعد الإصلاحات الباب أمام كل أشكال الاستثمار و يتمتع المستثمر الأجنبي بضمانات قانونية و قضائية و كذا حوافز ومزايا و إعفاءات لتشجيع الاستثمار قصد النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني.
رغم هذه الترسانة من القوانين و الحماية المقررة إلا أن الإقبال يبقى محتشما على الاستثمار في الجزائر من طرف الأجانب كما أن الاستثمار الخاص الوطني يبقى ضعيفا و لا يستجيب لمتطلبات التنمية المرجوة
Abstract EN
Post-reform laws have opened the door to all forms of investment.
The foreign investor benefits from legal and judicial guarantees, incentives, benefits and exemptions, with the aim of encouraging investment and thus promoting the national economy.
Despite this vast arsenal of laws and protection, foreign investment in Algeria remains insufficient and private national investment remains weak and does not meet the requirements of the desired development
