Considering that the right to self-determination of peoples under the control of colonialism or occupation is one of the principles recognized in international conventions and in particular the Charter of the United Nations, the approach of the possibility of using force for these peoples to demand this right is imposed under the provisions of the law.

The need for decolonization and the right to self-determination.

It is therefore impossible to envisage the use of force outside this approach.

Rather, the international community must provide all assistance that would achieve these two pillars without compromising the stability of international peace and security.
