The use of the evidence is one of the techniques implemented by the speaker in his speech for its influential power and persuasive impact on the recipient.

The evidence varies according to the context in which it is used.

In the present context, the use of the evidence in the book of “Elmoustasfa” relies intensively on the religious proofs of the Quran and Hadith, which we attempt to explain in this paper.
