the emergence of private TV channels in Algeria is accompanied by a great debate, given the circumstances of their appearance, the way they were established, their content, and the way they worked, which intensified the controversy surrounding them and the audiovisual sector in Algeria in general.

This is why we will try to identify the reality of the audiovisual scene in Algeria in its public and private sectors, and the conditions of the emergence of private channels, the laws governing them.

And the problems raised regarding them.
