For many years, people have used their muscle strength to make things.

Later on, he also started using animals and the forces of nature, such as the sun and wind.

It is difficult to imagine our life without the inventions that developed our lives, but due to the harm to nature and the environment it was necessary to use our knowledge and our creative capabilities to face the new challenges of preserving the environment, and this will only come with inventions that are environmentally friendly.

The Law 03/07 relating to patent of the invention set objective conditions for the invention to enjoy legal protection, and it also excluded some invention from protection despite the availability of conditions such as inventions that constitute a serious danger to environmental protection, but despite that, legal texts remain insufficient to protect the environment in front of technological developments and modern inventions.
