Certainly letters have a great importance and influence in the structure of vocabularies and sentences.

And in the Holy Qur'an, there are some similar verses which differ just in the letters of the meanings.

Thus there is a letter in one verse, and another letter is used in the same verse.

Surely in these variance of the letters, there are some rhetorical secrets and spiritual implications.

This research wants to explain the rhetoric usage of different letters in the similar verbal verses.

Beacause there is a special meaning for every word in the god book.

Regarding to precise discussions of Zemakhshari in 'Kashaf' and 'Ibn al-Zubair' in 'Melak al-Tawil' about these interpretive differences, this brief essay will compare the efforts of these two scholars about the issue of "the substitution between letters of meaning" in the same literal verses.

It has been found that the letters of meaning play an important role in justification and allocation of the meaning, and each letter has its own usage and and you can't replace any other letter.

Zamakhshari´s precision and analysis about these letters and the exact meanings and subtleties of these types of words can be clearly seen.

It was also found that the author of "Melak al-tavil" is based on the science of relativity, or the science known as method and solidarity in modern linguistics, and it deals with the lexical analysis of the difference of letters in similar verses.

So the usage of letters in the Holy Quran is unique and we haven´t seen in the human word which is a reason for the rhetoric and miracle of the Holy Quran.
