Study Summary: The title of the study is mental perception and its relation to the thinking of the plans in the attack area from the point of view of the basketball players, "the study aimed to" highlight the relationship of mental perception with the thinking of the plans from the point of view of the basketball players, as well as knowledge of the place of mental perception in the implementation of the plan of the basketball The general premise of the study is "there is a relationship between mental perception and the thinking of the plans in the area of the attack in basketball from the point of view of the players, and the researcher used the descriptive method of the appropriate survey and the sample was chosen in a deliberate way intentional and was the proportion (83%) From the original players community (36 players), the researcher relied on the questionnaire tool consisting of two axes (mental perception, attitude thinking plans).

The results of the study resulted in: a relational relationship between mental perception and theoretical thinking from the point and mental setting, a correlation between mental perception and theoretical thinking from the point of view of players depending on the variables of self-confidence and dealing with anxiety, The researcher suggested that sports clubs should be accredited to trainers who possess scientific and principled expertise to train young players and youth, and also should use mental visualization techniques especially mental training in general before any performance of mental perception skills so that they can control and exploit them in the implementation Plans.
