These considerations require special feature in protecting it by criminalizing any aggression against it, in order to perpetuate its use and its continuity.

Nevertheless, we concluded through the analysis of relevant legislative texts, that the forms of penal protection of Waqf property is just included in the context of property-related crimes in general, and that the legislator has not defined any specificity consistent with its nature, and thus has not been sufficient to protect it.
