The procedure of the declaration of assets, constitutes one of the mechanisms and the administrative formalities, that the Algerian legislator tried to use it to put an end to the phenomenon of the corruption rooted in the workings of the State and this by means of imposing formal and mandatory rules and constraints before taking up the post by state agents and following the occupation of posts.

It is a legal mechanism that allows the controlling parties to know the degree of crimes committed in the field of corruption and to clarify the good management of workers at the state level with their different qualities but the present mechanism.
