إن الهدف من دراسة هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على أبرز التأثيرات العمرانية التي طرأت على العواصم الاخمينية (سوسة، اكبتانا، باساركاد، برسيبوليس) و التي جاءت من مختلف الحضارات القديمة و بالخصوص حضارات الشرق الادنى القديم و بلاد الرافدين و مصر اضافة الى اليونان.

The purpose of this research is to shed light upon the most significant architectural influences that occurred on the capitals of the Achaemenid (Susa, Ecbatana, Pasargadae, Persepolis) and these influences came from various ancient civilizations, especially the ancient Near East civilizations, Mesopotamia, Egypt, in addition to Greece
