Abstract EN

This study aims to mention the financial revenues allocated by the Algerian legislator in the social security and financial laws to finance social security funds, or what is legally expressed in public bodies with private management, the reasons leading to the insufficient of these revenues, and suggestions appropriate to fix them, or support them with new revenues.

The financial system reform of social security funds requires the activation of their powers in the field of investment and trade, their revenues reform from subscriptions, state subsidies, taxes and fees, donations and wills.

And all this without forgetting the aspects related to staff expenses, administrative management, renderings of retirement, work accidents, illness and disability.
