لا يزال التفكير في أفضل الطرق و الآليات لحماية صحة الإنسان وضمان سلامته الصحية الشغل الشاغل لدى الدول و مختلف الهيئات و المؤسسات إذ أن الذي يواجه الإنسان بصفة عامة و المرأة بصفة خاصة لا يختلف في جوهره من دولة لأخرى بيد أن كل مجتمع يحاول درء المخاطر الصحية عن طريق تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية وفقا للنمط الذي يراه متماشيا مع منظومته القانونية حيث يعالج هذا البحث آلية من الآليات القانونية المستحدثة لحماية الصحة الإنجابية للمرأة من خلال المرسوم التنفيذي رقم : 20- 60 الذي أسهم بشكل فعال في ترقية و حماية المرأة من المخاطر التي قد تتعرض لها.
Abstract EN
The thought about the best ways and mechanisms to protect human health and ensure his safety is still a concern of states and various international institutions.What is facing human beings in general and women in particular does not differ in essence from one state to another, but every society tries to ward off health risks by strengthening social protection according to its legal system.This research deals with one of the legal mechanisms developed toprotect women's reproductive health through Executive Decree No.
20-60, which has effectively contrib to the promotion and protection of women from the risks that they may be exposed to.
