American cinema has particularly contributed to in influencing the perception and awareness of the viewer, as the effect of cinematic images was to define and form the mental image and stereotype in all the facts and events that revolve around it, and the study aims to track the main epidemic and sub-themes of the 2011 film (Contagion).

A forward-looking film similar to the global spread of the Corona virus that appeared in December 2019.

The study focused on tracking the epidemic in a film based on an thematic approach.

We found that there are great similarities between the events of the Contagion movie and the current spread of the new Corona virus, Covid19.

The prevention measures predicted by the infection film would have helped limit the spread of the epidemic if read correctly.
