تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر انفتاح الاقتصاد الوطني على التجارة الخارجية على أحد القطاعات التي يسمح تطورها بتحقيق تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري و المتمثل في القطاع الصناعي خارج المحروقات و للقيام بذلك تم الاعتماد على الأسلوب القياسي المتمثل في نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة (ARDL) و ذلك بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية تغطي الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2000 إلى سنة 2016 و قد بينت نتائج اختار الحدود وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات الدراسة كما أوضحت نتائج تقدير النموذج أن الانفتاح التجاري له آثار إيجابية على نمو القطاع الصناعي خارج المحروقات في الأجلين القصير و الطويل.
Abstract EN
The study aims to measure the impact of trade openness on the economic growth in the sector of industry outside of hydrocarbon, by using method econometric method, that method is (ARDL) model, in the period (2000-2016), the bound test indicated of co-integration relationship between the study variables, and the results of estimating the model show a positive impact of trade openness on the economic growth in the long term and short term, because the trade Transfer of technology and knowledge.
