Abstract EN

Algeria is a country with modest industrial capabilities, which used small and medium-sized enterprises after making sure that it was not possible to rely solely on heavy industries.

Thus, successive laws have created the necessary legislative environment to give these institutions the opportunity to highlight their role in development, in providing capital and jobs and absorbing unemployment, which can not to be treated by the big institutions.This article discusses the contribution of Algerian small and medium-sized enterprises to job creation after their development stages and their role in supporting employment in Algeria.

It is important to note that Algerian small and medium-sized enterprises play an economic and social role especially in early 2002, and indeed in the creation of jobs, where public authorities have worked to further expand their integration into economic and social life.
