these last years, several governments are working to increase the transparency of information and communication to improve the performance of institutions and fight corruption, in this study, the corruption perception index has been estimated with the MCO model, information and communication technology, the GDP and e-governments over the study period between 2003 and 2016 for the case of algeria, it was found that the TIC variable has a negative sign on the explained variable and both GDP and e-government variables have a positive sign on corruption.

Ces dernières années, plusieurs gouvernements travaillent pour augmenter la transparence de l'information et de la communication pour améliorer le rendement des institutions et combattre la corruption.
Dans cette étude, on a estimé avec le modèle (MCO)l'indice de perception de la corruption, la technologie de l'information et de la communication, le produit intérieur brut par habitant et e-gouvernement sur la période d'étude entre 2003 et 2016 pour le cas de l'Algérie.
On a trouvé que la variable (TIC) à un signe négatif sur la variable expliquée et les deux variables (PIB) et (e-gouvernement) ont un signe positif sur la corruption.
